Hosted by the Española Valley Chamber of Commerce. Choose vendor registration, a volunteer shift, Trunk or Treat, or a combination that works for you.

Bring your business

Free vendor spaces for businesses, nonprofits, artists, and community groups. Offering education or activities? Select the Family Zone option.

Lend a hand

Choose a preferred two hour volunteer shift. The Chamber will assign an area where your help is needed.

Make it a treat

Trunk or Treat setup opens at 3:30 PM. Be fully ready by 5:00 PM. Participating vendors may park in that lot for the day.

Space, electricity, and setup assistance

I would like to request indoor spaceIndoor spaces are limited. Priority goes to elder and disabled participants. Tilly must approve your request in advance.I need electricity at my boothElectricity is limited, with priority given to food vendors. Advance approval from Tilly is required.I would appreciate help with setupElder and disabled artists can request volunteers to help with tents or tables. Ask the traffic director at the college entrance when you arrive.

Joining Trunk or Treat?

Yes, I will participate in Trunk or TreatParticipating vendors may park in the Trunk or Treat lot for the day. This parking is reserved for Trunk or Treat participants.

Setup begins at 3:30 PM. Be ready by 5:00 PM.

If you also have a vendor booth, break it down and move to the Trunk or Treat area in time to be fully set up by 5:00 PM. Participants may park in that lot for the day. All other vendors park behind the nursing building, underneath the black panels.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Parking and Trunk or Treat

Only Trunk or Treat participants may park in the Trunk or Treat lot for the day.

All other vendor parking is behind the nursing building, underneath the black panels.

If you have a booth and are also joining Trunk or Treat, break down your booth and move in time to be fully set up for Trunk or Treat by 5:00 PM.

Indoor space and electricity

Indoor spaces are limited, with priority for elder and disabled participants. Electricity is limited, with priority for food vendors.

Both require Tilly’s approval in advance. A request in this form does not guarantee either.

Tables, tents, and tent weights

Bring your own tables, tents, and tent weights. Use weights to hold your tent down if it is windy.

Help with tents and tables

Elder and disabled artists who need setup help should ask the person directing traffic at the college entrance. They will find volunteers to help with tents or tables.

Family Zone and volunteers

Educational and activity booths will be grouped in the Family Zone. Select the corresponding option so we can plan your placement.

Volunteers choose a preferred two hour shift and will be assigned an area.
